Winter is finally here, and so are the bergamots! This wonderful citrus, also known as the “sour orange” is not actually edible but its peel is used in a variety of creative recipes! From marmalades to cakes, the citrus-musky scent will help any dish elegantly stand out. The bergamot is what gives Early Grey tea its distinctive scent so it could make for an interesting cocktail on one of these cold evenings.
