Yuzu is a rare fruit harvested in Japan and used commonly in Japanese cuisine. Yuzu zest has a delicious, citrus, tart taste and aroma. It is excellent with fish, meat, fruit dishes and in cocktails. Believed a cross between sour mandarin and Ichang papeda.
