Harissa is a key condiment in Tunisian cooking, and an easy way to add a pop of heat to your dish. We make ours in house using chilis, spices, and tomato. It's extremely versatile and can be rubbed on chicken or salmon before roasting, as a sandwich spread with tuna, or to up the ante with your pastas. Stir a spoonful into soups, stews, or couscous to pack a punch, or, swirl some into yogurt.
