Here at SOS Chefs we believe in using the whole product, and minimizing our waste whenever possible. The birth of Zero Waste Paste came from leftover Yuzu from our Yuzu Kosho and Dates from our vinegar making process. We blended these products into a paste with sancho peppercorns, blue Iranian salt, sesame, olive oil, and a little bit of brown sugar to create a salty, tangy, sweet condiment to rub on chicken, turn into a vinaigrette, or eat with your avocado and toast in the mornings.
