Kampot Black Peppercorns



Kampot pepper is the first geographically protected crop in Cambodia. The black peppercorns have more body than red, but with characteristic sweetness and notes of jasmine that pair well with crab. Has green and fresh aromas, a great pepper for seasoning meats and seafood.
